Free Shipping

  • We are proud to offer free shipping on all orders within the continental United States!
  • Orders typically arrive within 5-8 business days after processing.

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. We will notify you via email if there’s a significant delay.

Shipping Areas

  • We currently ship to the continental United States only.
  • Unfortunately, we do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. territories, or P.O. Boxes at this time.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this to track your shipment and stay updated on its delivery status.

Lost or Damaged Items

  • While we strive to ensure your order arrives safely, ReBuycle is not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier to file a claim.
  • Retain all packaging materials and damaged goods for filing claims.
